Q: How can I post an item?
Posting an item is easy! From the homepage, go to the Sell - Inventory page where you can Register a new item for selling. Choose a category where your item should belong to. Fill up relevant data and include a detailed description of your item. It would be best if a photo of the item can be uploaded. Choose which selling type would best suit your item Cooperative, Bargains, Auction and Shopping. The item will then be included in your Inventory Listing and can be re-posted after the posting duration has lapsed.
Q: How do I keep a list of all the items that I posted for selling?
Auction has an Inventory System that you can use to manage all your items that you sell on the site. There is enough inventory space for all sellers. However, should you need more than the allotted 50 items for storage in the inventory list, we will gladly Increase it and accommodate all your items. The Inventory List will inform you what actions you should take for your specific item that you posted. You can also edit your Inventory List and delete old postings.
Q: How do I communicate with buyer?
In the My Auction-Summary page, all selling activities are indicated. Just click on your buyers name and you will see her contact details and can send message to her. Similarly, if a buyer wants to communicate with you, you will see all your received messages in your Messages corner.
Q: How do I know if any items are sold?
