Any individual or authorized company representative who is above 18 years old, with a valid Philippine address, and a valid email account may register. For business account application, copies of the following documents are required:

1. BIR Certificate of Registration and SEC Certificate of Incorporation or
2. BIR Certificate of Registration and DTI Certificate of Business Name.

• Pick a USERNAME. A username is permanent and cannot be changed.
• Pick a password that you can easily remember. You are not advised to use your username as your password for security purposes.

• Check the box to accept the User Agreement, Escrow Agreement, Privacy Policy and incorporated terms.

1. First, as an authorized company representative, you need to fill-out the online registration form.
2. You are required to submit copies of the following, either by facsimile transmission or by sending email to register@auction.ph:
   1. BIR Certificate of Registration and SEC Certificate of Incorporation, or
   2. BIR Certificate of Registration and DTI Certificate of Business Name Registration.
      
      

      Note: that the registration and certificate numbers on these permits should be identical to those which you will enter on the online registration form.

3. Follow these procedures in completing your business registration if you choose to either fax or scan the documents required:
   
   By facsimile transmission:
   1. After completing and submitting the online registration form, an e-mail notification will be sent to you indicating that you have a pending registration. You have to submit a copy of the required registration permits prior to approval.
   2. Applicants should submit the required registration reports through facsimile at: (045) 599-7035.
   3. Auction.ph will retrieve the documents submitted and will approve registration once they are certified correct.
   4. If your registration has been approved, an e-mail notification will be sent to you with an activation code, which you will use to verify your registration.
   5. You can now log in to your account with this activation code.
   
   By email:
   1. To complete your Business Account registration, you can choose to send Auction.ph scanned copies of the required registration permits by attaching the required documents to your email and send it to register@auction.ph.
   2. Upon submission of registration, an e-mail notification will be sent to you indicating that you have a pending business account registration with Auction.ph.
   3. Auction.ph will download the documents submitted and will approve registration once they are certified correct.
   4. If your registration has been approved, an e-mail notification will be sent to you with an activation code, which you will use to verify your registration.
   5. You can now log in to your account with this activation code.

When you register, you need to provide your basic contact information including your complete first and last name, complete physical address, and valid contact number. You are discouraged to use your nickname to avoid inconvenience in case verification is done with your account.

Auction.ph restricts membership to one (1) account per person or business entity.

You may update the information you provided during registration, however, you cannot change your username and firstname. You can update your profile and shipping information in: My Auction > My Account > Edit My Profile

If you need to change your firstname, kindly write to helpdesk@auction.ph and attach 2 valid IDs.

Auction.ph has set-up its own Data Center in the Philippines where all your information is stored and processed.
