  • What is My Auction?
  • How do I manage My Auction account?

    Inside My Auction, you will be guided by the following categories:

    1. My Summary – This is where you can view your ongoing buying and selling activities in Auction.ph and gain quick access to your pending tasks by clicking on each activity. It includes: Buying, Selling, Account, Message, and Announcement.

    2. All Buying – This page contains all of your active buying transactions, including item status and next steps. It includes:
      • Watch List – This page lists all of the items you have marked for watching.
      • Bidding – This page list all of the items you are bidding.
      • Buy – Escrow – This page contains all your active buying transactions including item status and next steps.
      • Buying History – This page list all of your successful and cancelled transactions.

    3. All Selling ­ - This page contains all of your active selling transactions, including item status and next steps. It includes:
      • Await Payment – This page lists all items sold and awaiting payment from buyers.
      • Deliver – This page lists all items which have been paid by your buyers and would have to be delivered within seven days.
      • Await Confirmation – These are the items you have delivered to your buyers.
      • Refund / Exchange – This page lists your buyers who have requested payment refunds or item exchange.
      • Feedback – This page lists all items you have to leave feedback on as a seller. You only have forty (40) days upon end of transaction to give feedback to your buyer.

    4. My Account – This is where you manage your virtual account, and your profile. You can also update your personal and shipping profile and upload a photo. It includes:
      • Virtual Account – This is a record of all your transactions in Auction.ph. This is also where you can add money to your virtual account, schedule payout, view your account history, and convert money into e-money.
      • E-money Account – E-money is cyber money used in the site for item payments or others (when applicable). This is where you can transfer e-money to your virtual account and view your e-money account history.
      • Pending Deposits – This lists your total pending deposits, either as item payments or for adding money to your Virtual Account using online banking (Megalink / Bancnet) and Bills Payment facilities.

    5. Messages – This is your personal messenger. This is where you can respond and receive messages from other members about your items. This is also where you can contact Auction.ph’s customer service for inquiries.
