We will require you to log-in directly to Auction.ph's website in case we need sensitive information from you.

Your information may be given to third parties, such as, but not limited to the banks and logistics partners only to facilitate the processing and delivery of your purchases / items. Auction.ph banks on the strength of its own Escrow System where buyers and sellers will be assured of security and reliability of their transactions. Under the Escrow System, a buyer has the option to return the item bought back to the seller if he feels it is not what he expected the item to be based on the information given on the website. If he decides to return the product, Auction.ph will guarantee that his payment will be returned to him.

The Escrow System is unique to Auction.ph. Escrow is the process after a successful bidding or buying, which is an essential service for the security of transactions between buyer and seller to facilitate payment and receipt of purchase money. It is provided for the purpose of protection of every member, and for trust and safety of mutual members’ transactions, so Auction.ph cannot be a proxy or any buyers or sellers throughout this service.

They aim to set goals regarding auction and selling and other added services from Auction.ph Corporaton in relation to the rights and duties between the Company and members, observance, procedure, responsibility and so on. They are the basic agreements between the Company and a member with regards to using service.
