A Feedback is made up of comments and ratings left by other members you've had a transaction with. These comments and ratings are very important because they represent your reputation as a seller of Auction.ph. You will be provided with a profile consisting of all the feedbacks left by your buyers from your different transactions with them.

To better build Seller reputation and credibility, an improved Seller Feedback system is now in placed. Buyers are encouraged to leave Feedback to their Sellers based on the following criteria:

All responses will have their corresponding values and will be computed to indicate the total Feedback scores. The total Feedback scores is the sum Of all the feedback received minus the number of dissatisfied responses.

Sellers will be awarded with STARS upon accumulation of Feedback Scores. Thus the more feedback scores you get, the more stars you can get.

After every transaction, whether successful or not, the buyer is required to give a rating and a short comment about the transaction. Comments may be good or bad depending on the experience of the buyer in a certain transaction. These comments will help other members in determining the reputation of a seller. The rating system is as follows:

• A satisfied feedback will result to a +1 increase on the seller’s feedback score

• A dissatisfied feedback will result to a -1 decrease on the seller’s feedback score

• A neutral feedback has no effect on the seller’s feedback score.

• A seller can receive his first STAR once she/he received ten (20) or more comments from other buyers. See Feedback Scores and Ratings for more details.
  

A seller has the privilege of replying once to the feedback he has received. The reply will be displayed below the replied feedback.

• A satisfied rating will increase the feedback score by one point

• A neutral rating leaves the feedback score the same

• A dissatisfied rating will decrease the feedback score by one point

1. Cancels the delivery of an item.
2. Cancels a posting with ongoing bids.

1. After buyer agrees to buy the item but the seller refuses to ship the item even payment, a feedback will be requested from the buyer.
2. After the consummation of a transaction, whether completed, successful, refund or item exchange, a feedback will be requested from the buyer.

1. Leave feedback after a transaction so that other members may learn something from your experience.
2. Usually, a high seller level is a good sign, but you should always check your trading partner's feedback profile to read comments and look for negative remarks.
3. Feedbacks and replies cannot be edited or removed by Auction.ph. And as a seller you can only reply once to a specific feedback. You are entirely responsible for the words you post. Please think carefully and be professional on your comments.
4. Members who violate & abuse the Auction.ph feedback system may be suspended or banned from the site.
   

1. When Seller cancelled the delivery after paying for the item. Go to My Auction, click on All Buying, and then click on Buying History. This is where you can view all your successful and cancelled transactions. Click on 'Leave Feedback' to give feedback to your seller.
2. After the consummation of a transaction, whether completed, successful, refund or item exchange, a feedback will be requested from the buyer. After Clicking the Confirm Button, the Leave Feedback page will automatically appear. Simplycomplete the page by rating the transaction and writing your comment. Click Leave Feedback button afterwards.
   

Before bidding, you can check the seller's overall feedback rating in his feedback profile by clicking the 'Read Feedback'.

Inside the seller's feedback profile, you will see the seller's overall satisfaction percentage, individual ratings and comments left by different buyers.

The feedback profile will help you in determining the reputation and credibility of another member and guide you before transacting. Therefore, be honest and sincere in leaving feedbacks.

Just click on the user name of a particular member and the feedback profile will appear. You can find all the feedbacks for that member including the ones you have left.

Moreover, you can also view the specific feedbacks you have left for a particular member in Cancelled, End Auction or Closed Deals page under your My Auction. Simply click ‘View Feedback’ and you will see the feedback you have left.

Just click on the ‘Read Feedback’ and the member’s feedback profile will appear. You will find all the feedbacks a member received for all the transactions he has been involved with.

Auction.ph cannot evaluate who is right and who is wrong because our Feedback system is a member to member system. This means that members are responsible for their own words. However, we have a filtering device in our system to avoid words on feedbacks that contains profane, vulgar, obscene, or racist language. You may also file a complaint if you find another member abusing the system or leaving false and misleading feedbacks.

Auction.ph understands your concerns about unfair negative feedback, but still advises you to be honest about your experiences with other Auction members. If you feel a negative feedback is appropriate then you should leave it, because your comment may help prevent another member from experiencing the same situation.

Feedbacks cannot be removed, changed or edited and they become a permanent part of your reputation in Auction.ph. It is advised that a member be careful on the comments and feedbacks that he leaves.

Auction.ph has the right to cancel feedback privileges and the membership as well, if it finds out that member is abusive and leaves false and misleading feedbacks.

1. A member has been a member for at least three months (90 days)
2. A member has a five- star feedback ranking
3. A member has a ‘Satisfied’ overall feedback ranking.

The Top Seller icon will automatically appear next to a seller’s Feedback Rating if the qualifications for being a Top Seller have been met. See illustration below:

**If a member sees the Top Seller Logo next to a seller’s feedback score, they know that the seller is one of the successful and trusted sellers of Auction.ph.

1. Continue being an active member/seller.
2. Doesn’t loose his five star ranking which means, he should not in any way refuse to sell (cancel a delivery or cancel a posting with ongoing bids) to any member. Because refusing to sell or canceling a delivery will automatically loose him one (1) star rating.
3. Maintain his ‘satisfied’ overall feedback rating.
4. Does not violate any Auction.ph policy.
