1. Information Collection Policy
   • Auction shall collect members’ information with an agreement of offering private information from members and it may collect additional information but with prior notice to members, stating the purpose and use of such additional information.
2. Auction can offer information to third parties in the following cases:
   • When laws support the use and offer of information to third parties.
   • When it is needed to offer minimum private information (name, address, contact number) to logistics company for the delivery of purchased goods.
   • For the normal process of transactions among members and after sales service requirements of buyers, as needed.
3. It is the responsibility of the member to modify and update his information to prevent loss or damage that may arise.
4. Membership Information
   • A member should provide his information truthfully. 
   • Falsifying or omitting contact information such as a member’s name, address, and/or telephone number when registering is not permitted.

1. Escrow service is provided for the purpose of protection of every member, and for trust and safety of mutual members' transactions; Auction cannot be a proxy for any buyers and sellers throughout this service.
2. Interest on the purchase money kept in trust during the progress of the escrow service shall be regarded as service cost and members cannot claim on return and refund any interest, etc.
3. Charges from the remittance of purchase money shall be paid by members.
4. Auction can limit to provide escrow service at a part or whole of the items registered:
• by a seller who is suspected or confirmed to abuse escrow service to violate any law, public order or public morals.
• due to any accidents or causes not otherwise provided by the escrow service.

1. A bidder who participated in the auction cannot withdraw the bidding arbitrarily without the seller's permission.
2. A winning bidder should fulfill his obligations
3. Non-payment of item won is prohibited.
4. Shill bidding or bidding to increase the item price is strictly prohibited
5. Withdrawing a bid is permitted as long as it is allowed by the seller.
6. Buyer should register the correct delivery address and must be present at that address, or a duly authorized representative, upon delivery of an item won.
7. The buyer should remit payment within 7 days after winning the bid. If the Company receives no confirmation of the receipt of payment money within 7 days after the end of the auction, the Company shall regard it as a refusal and the auction shall be canceled.
8. The bidder shall be responsible for the errors in the amount of money, the omissions and errors of information about remittance.
9. It is understood that every member should cooperate in resulting conflicts, as stated in the User Agreement.

1. Listing Policies
• Registering items listed in User agreement is prohibited.
• Selling fake, bootleg copies of items (CDs, DVDs, bags, books, etc) is not allowed.
• A member should truthfully write the necessary descriptions asked when posting an item.
• Falsely describing an item, intentionally or otherwise, is prohibited.
2. Cancellation Policy
3. Withdrawing an item is allowed, though it is highly discouraged.
4. Seller can cancel a false or unfair bid. However, a seller cannot cancel a bid or an application to purchase in the case of ‘shopping’ and ‘wholesale’
5. Seller cannot use Auction's name, logo and degrees of credit except for purposes limited by Auction and cannot post the same in other areas or sites except those permitted by Auction.
6. It is understood that every member should cooperate in resulting conflicts, as stated in the User Agreement.

1. When seller makes arrangements for delivery, he shall be liable for all the risks until actual receipt of the item
2. Seller must be careful in packing the items and in choosing delivery / logistics company to ensure that the items are delivered and received in good condition.
3. If the Buyer does not receive the purchased item, he should send a message of non-receipt to Auction through e-mail, phone, fax, etc. within twenty (20) days from the date of sending the seller indicated in the service site.

The buyer should remit purchase money within seven (7) days after successful bidding according to the process of the escrow service. Failure to do so will result in either suspension or termination.

1. Suspension from the site means that you cannot participate in the bidding and posting of items.  Suspended members will only be allowed to browse the items and access in My Auction.
2. Suspension can either be for 30days or 60days, depending on the offense and number of times committed.
3. A member can be suspended based on the following offenses:
• Falsification of item description
• Non-payment of winning bid
• Non-selling seller
• Falsification of Membership Information
• Shill bidding
• Buyer-caused non-delivery of item
• Bid withdrawal
• Item withdrawal
• Registration of prohibited items
• Selling-pretense registration
• Profanity
• Defamation towards Auction and its employees
• Non-compromising members when in conflict.
• Posting of fake items
• Using of Company name and logo
• Non-payment of E-money
• Site Interference

1. There are two (2) types of E-Money introduced by the company – E-Money 1 or the cash-convertible type and E-Money 2 or the non-cash-convertible type.
2. Member can withdraw E-Money 1 and can claim the balance (after deducting negative E-Money) upon termination of agreement or membership.
3. When a member wants to remit the amount or transfer E-Money to another member, Auction will only process the payment or transfer upon receiving documentary evidence of such request from the member initiating the remittance or transfer.
4. E-Money 2 or that which cannot be converted into cash is accumulated through various promotional efforts by Auction. It cannot be withdrawn as cash, and in cases of termination of agreement or membership, the remaining E-Money 2 in the member’s account is forfeited
5. A member can select the use of E-Money optionally as: payment of the purchase money (E-Money 1) or as payment of the fees for posting, additional service and the like (E-Money 2).
