What is Auction.ph's Inventory System?
My Inventory is used to conveniently manage all your items for sale in the website. In here, you may register a new item, view your inventory and place items in the item archive.

A. Register New Item
Before you can post an item for sale, you need to register it first. To register an item in your inventory, follow these easy steps:
- From the Auction.ph home page, click Sell. You must be signed in to access this page. Under My Inventory, choose the Register New Item tab.
- Select the most appropriate category for the item. Fill-out required product information and upload images.
- Click Continue.
- Review the product information you entered and click Register Item.
- A confirmation will be displayed if you register an item successfully.

To post a registered item, go to Item Inventory and click the corresponding Post Item action button of the item.
B. Item Inventory
The Item Inventory lists and manages all your registered items for posting. Sellers are provided free inventory space to hold their items. Seller can store unlimited number of items in their inventory.
Item Inventory Actions
You can use five actions (Post Item, Post in Auction.ph E-Mall, Edit Item, Archive and Delete) to manage your Item Inventory.

a. Post Item
After registering an item, you may post it under a selling method or among the specialty stores in Auction.ph E-Mall. To post an item, follow these steps:
- Click Sell from the Auction.ph home page. You must be signed in to access this page. Under My Inventory, choose the Item Inventory tab. The inventory of your items will be displayed.
- Locate the item you want to post for sale. Click the corresponding View Actions button of the item and choose Post Item.
- Select your preferred selling type (Auction, Shopping or Bargains). You also have the option to post the item in the Auction.ph E-Mall. Fill-out the required information. Carefully read the instructions.
- Click Continue.
- Review the product information you entered and click Post Item.
- A confirmation will be displayed if you post an item successfully.


b. Post in Auction.ph E-Mall
Post in Auction.ph E-Mall allows you to post your items in specialty stores to cater to your targeted Buyers. Choose from the Super Saver Store, Fashion LifeStyle, Gadgetopia, Buy 1 Get 1 and P10 Auctions. To post an item in the Auction.ph E-Mall, follow these steps:
- Click Sell from the Auction.ph home page. You must be signed in to access this page. Under My Inventory, choose the Item Inventory tab. The inventory of your items will be displayed.
- Locate the item you want to post for sale. Click the corresponding View Actions button of the item and choose Post in Auction.ph E-Mall.
- Select the best store for your item. See the store descriptions and qualifications to check if you are eligible to join or apply.
- Fill-out the required information. Carefully read the instructions.
- Click Continue.
- Review the product information you entered and click Post Item.
- A confirmation will be displayed if you post an item successfully.

c. Edit Item
To modify the information you entered for a registered item:- Click Sell from the Auction.ph home page. You must be signed in to access this page. Under My Inventory, choose the Item Inventory tab. The inventory of your items will be displayed.
- Locate the item you want to post for sale. Click the corresponding View Actions button of the item and choose Edit Item.
- Edit the fields you prefer to modify.
- Click Continue.
- Review the product information you entered and click Register Item.
- A confirmation will be displayed if you edit an item successfully.

Please be reminded that you cannot edit an item that has received a bid, purchase application or sold a certain quantity.
d. Archive
The Item Archive contains items you choose to keep for future sale. To move an item in Item Archive:
- Click Sell from the Auction.ph home page. You must be signed in to access this page. Under My Inventory, choose the Item Inventory tab. The inventory of your items will be displayed.
- Locate the item you want to post for sale. Click the corresponding View Actions button of the item and choose Archive.
- The selected item will be automatically moved in the Item Archive.

e. Delete
To delete an item from your inventory:
- Click Sell from the Auction.ph home page. You must be signed in to access this page. Under My Inventory, choose the Item Inventory tab. The inventory of your items will be displayed.
- Locate the item you want to post for sale. Click the corresponding View Actions button of the item and choose Delete.
- Click OK to delete the item. The selected item will be deleted from the inventory.

Be careful in deleting an item. A deleted item can no longer be retrieved or restored. An item with an “Active” status cannot be deleted from the inventory.
C. Item Archive
The Item Archive contains items you choose to keep for future sale. To move an item back to the Item Inventory, select the check box and click Move to Inventory.
Only inactive items can be moved in the Item Archive.
