There are wide arrays of products available for you to choose from in Auction.ph. Bidding can be done anytime, anyplace, from a desktop, laptop, even from a cellphone (soon to be available). Once you have chosen an item that interests you, you can start bidding online. You will be provided with your own personal page in My Auction which you could use to track your bids. You may click on the MyAuction page to view and monitor the items you have placed your bid on.

Bidding in Auction.ph can be done through a personal computer (online bidding) or from a mobile phone via SMS (soon to be available).

1. Online Bidding
   Once you have chosen an item of interest, bidding is easy. All you have to do is follow these easy steps:
1. Register
   Before you can bid, you will need to register first to become a certified member.
2. Sign-in
   You will need to Sign-in as a registered member by entering your ID/ Username and Password in the space provided then click ‘Sign-in’.
3. Item Title/Description
   Go to the Item of your choice and click on the Item Title/Description.
4. “Bid Now”
   Carefully look on the item and bid details. Click on the “Bid Now” icon. Place your maximum bid (your bid should be higher than the current bid of another member) on the space provided then click on the “Bid Now” button. For an item with a starting bid of PHP55.00, the bid increment is PHP5.00. Below is the bid increment schedule:

1. Multiple Item Listing
   If the posting is a multiple item listing, indicate the quantity you are willing to bid. The quantity should be less than or equal to the quantity set by the seller. Bidders have to wait until the auction closes, that is, when the listing expires or the quantity runs out.

There are a few tips that you need to know before placing your bid.  They are as follows:

1. Do not bid on identical listings if you only intend to buy one item.  If you bid on both, you will be obliged to purchase both if you are declared the winner of said listings.
2. Review the Item Description of an item. Before putting your bid, Auction.ph advises you to read and review the item descriptions carefully to know the terms and conditions of the seller and what to do after winning the bid. In cases that there are confusing or lacking information in the item description, feel free to ask the seller about it before putting a bid to prevent possible disputes or arguments.
3. Be careful on the bid amount that you enter. Avoid typographical errors, otherwise, you will have to retract your bid and replace it with the intended amount that you have in mind. You should also bid more than the current established price and should not go over the 'Buy Now' price.

In bidding, you can get outbid anytime if another buyer has placed a higher bid than yours, and you are no longer the current highest bidder. A notification through your e-mail will be sent to you when you get outbid on a listing.  A link will be provided in the email so you can go back to the item listing and place another bid to let you stay in the bidding process, that is, if you are still interested with the item and if the bid duration has not yet ended.  Also, you may be alerted through SMS if you are subscribed to the said service (soon to be available).

Winning the bid means that you have placed the highest bid when the posting of an item expired. Within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email from Auction.ph, stating that you have won the auction. Included also in the e-mail are the various options for remitting payment for the item. Payment for the item plus other applicable charges should be made within seven (7) days upon being declared as the winner.

After reviewing the payment methods of the seller, the buyer should remit purchase money within seven (7) days after successful bidding according to the process of the escrow service. For your convenience, we offer you the following payment options:

1. Megalink Online ATM/Debit card transfer - You can transfer funds to Auction.ph online from your Megalink-member bank accounts. Below are the member banks:

No more queuing in banks, all you need to do is indicate your account and pin number to pay for your purchases. Bancnet Online or Megalink's The PORT shall process the transactions for you.
Members shall shoulder all the bank charges relative to their transaction. A minimum of Php 8.00 and Php 20.00 per transaction will be charged for Bancnet and Megalink cardholders, respectively.


For sellers, the bank charges will depend on the mode of remittance indicated during item registration.

3. Bills Payment – You can also choose this payment method in paying your bills in Auction.ph. There are two collection channels available foryou – Over-the-counter (OTC) and the Automated Teller Machine (ATM).

   For Over-the-Counter transactions, here's how:

   1. Go to any RCBC branch and fill-out three (3) copies of ‘Bills Collection Slip’ completely.
      1. Under ‘Biller/Company Name’, put Auction.ph.
      2. Under ‘Subscriber/Policy/Card Number’, put the reference number of the item you are paying for.
      3. Under ‘Subscriber/Policy Holder/Cardholder Name’, put the name you registered with Auction.ph.
      4. Under ‘Total Payment’, put the same amount as reflected from your Statement of Account.
   2. Attach the Statement of Account you printed from Auction.ph website.
   3. Queue and pay to the bank’s teller. Wait for slip to be validated.
   4. Claim the validated slip and keep for reference.
4. E-money – You can load your 'virtual account' by buying E-money. E-money can be bought using the above-mentioned online banking facilities.
5. Globe GCash - If you are a Globe Telecom or TM (Post-paid or Pre-paid) subscriber, you may pay for items using Globe GCash. To use GCash, select GCash as the payment option. Make sure that make sure that your mobile number is registered to use GCash and has enough funds to pay for the item. To know more, please refer to our GCash FAQ. Globe Telecom charges a flat-rate of P25.00 per transaction. 
6. Credit Card - Make a one-time payment with your credit card (this payment facility will be made available soon).

After every transaction, whether successful or not, Auction.ph provides you a 40-day period to leave a feedback to your trading partner. After this period, you can no longer leave any feedback on the said transaction. Comments can be good or bad depending on your experience in the transaction. These comments will help other members in determining the reputation of a member and in learning something from your experience. Please restrain from using vulgar, obscene or foul language in leaving your feedbacks because these feedbacks may be deleted or will give you corresponding sanctions based on the degree of your violation.

Here is a short checklist to guide you before buying on Auction.ph:

1. Research and learn everything about the item.  Read the item description and details carefully.  Do you understand and will be able to meet the seller’s requirements on payment, shipping and other important details?  Do not assume on some details which are not specified.  Better ask the seller for some clarifications before placing your bid.  Also:  research on the price of the item from other listings or other online stores and make sure the item you are interested in is allowed and legal.
2. Check the seller’s feedback and ask questions as needed.  Look at the feedbacks left by other Auction.ph members and see both positive and negative comments for your seller.  Also, if you are unsure about any aspect of the item, click the ‘Ask seller a question’ link from the item page and you will be redirected to the message box section, where you will simply type your question and send it to the seller.
3. Consider ‘Buy Now’.  If the item you are interested in has a ‘Buy Now’ option, consider purchasing the item at this amount.  In this way, you are the guaranteed winner and you will get the item sooner.
4. Be serious in every bid that you enter.  If you intend to purchase only one item, do not bid on similar items from multiple sellers.  This may lead to you winning on more than one auction.
5. Always update your contact details and check your e-mail.  Ensure that your personal data is correct.  Auction.ph communicates with its members mostly through e-mail.
6. Ensure alternative ways to access Auction.ph.  To monitor your bids, make sure you have other means of accessing the internet if you are not home.  Or you may get updates through Auction.ph’s mobile services (soon to be available).
7. Be sure to complete transactions. Do not submit a bid or a purchase order unless you intend to complete the transaction to avoid receiving negative feedbacks from other parties.

The “Buy Now” Option allows you to skip the online auction process and get your item of choice sooner at a published set price. It is an option wherein a price value is optionally set by seller which allows buyers to purchase the item at that particular value. If you are the first bidder to choose this option, you will win the item and the auction closes immediately without allowing the bid duration to end. However, the ‘Buy Now’ amount does not include shipping and other charges.

Here are the steps in purchasing an item with a ‘Buy Now’ option:

1. When you see the “Buy Now” icon beside an item of your choice, you have the option to buy it immediately at the published set price without waiting for the auction to end.

   

2. Click on the Item image/title and click on the “Buy Now” icon. Carefully look at the item details before clicking on the confirmation button. A notification will be sent to you in your e-mail containing the instructions on payment and other details on what to do next.

   

3. Pay for the item within seven (7) days after receiving the notification e-mail. You may choose from the various payment options we provide and follow the procedures for paying.
4. A confirmation of receipt of payment will be sent to you via e-mail or SMS (soon to be available) then the item will be shipped to you through the seller’s selected mode of delivery.

   

5. Wait for the item to be delivered to you. Please allow 2 – 7 days for the delivery, depending on your location and that of your trading partner.
6. If you will accept the item, click the "BUY" button on the service site after receiving it. This should be done within seven (7) days after its receipt, except for those under luxury items, where you are given ten (10) days to confirm purchase.

   

7. Leave a Feedback after any transaction.

To join CO-OP buying, Buyers must follow these steps:

1. Enter the desired quantity in the Quantity field.
2. Click Join Buying.
3. Wait for the number of Buyers to reach the Seller-prescribed starting amount (see info below CO-OP Price #2). Once that number is met, you have successfully purchased the item. However, if the number is not met before the posting period ends, the transaction is considered void. No negative feedback will be assessed to either Seller or Buyer.
4. After the CO-OP Price takes effect, all Buyers can avail the item at the stated CO-OP pricing.

Shopping is another buyer’s option whereby items are listed with fixed prices. Unlike with Auction, in this buying option, purchasing the item will automatically end its posting.

Below are the procedures in buying with “Shopping”:

1. If you want to buy items with fixed prices, search under the “Shopping” page.
2. If you find any item you like for sale, click on the Item Title/Description and carefully look at the details.
3. Click on the ‘purchase’ button if you want to buy the item. A notification e-mail will be sent to you within 24 hours containing details and instructions about your payment and what to do next.
4. Pay for the item within seven (7) days after receiving the notification. You may choose from the various payment options we provide and follow the procedures for paying.
5. A confirmation of receipt of payment will be sent to you via e-mail or SMS (soon to be available) then the item will be shipped to you through the seller’s selected mode of delivery.
6. Wait for the item to be delivered. Please allow 2 – 7 days for the delivery depending on your location and that of your trading partner.
7. If you will accept the item, click the Confirmation of Purchase button on the service site after receiving it. This should be done within seven (7) days after its receipt.

Buying under ‘Bargains’ is very much similar to shopping, where items are quoted with fixed prices, however, percentage discounts or price cuts are extended, thus the name - ‘Bargains’. The buyer need not go through the regular bidding or auction process to purchase items under this type of buying. This is a great buying option for those who are searching for item/s which are cheap but with good quality.

Below are the procedures in buying with “Bargains”:

1. If you want to buy cheap but quality items, search under the “Bargains” page.
2. If you find any item you like for sale, click on the Item Title/Description and carefully look at the details.
3. Click on the ‘purchase’ button if you want to buy the item. A notification e-mail will be sent to you within 24 hours containing details and instructions about your payment and what to do next.
4. Pay for the item within seven (7) days after the notification. You may choose from the various payment options we provide and follow the procedures for paying.
5. A confirmation of receipt of payment will be sent to you via e-mail or SMS (soon to be available) then the item will be shipped to you through the seller’s selected mode of delivery.
6. Wait for the item to be delivered. Please allow 2 – 7 days for the delivery depending on your location and that of your trading partner.
7. If you will accept the item, click the ‘Buy’ button on the service site after receiving it. This should be done within seven (7) days after its receipt.
8. Leave a Feedback after any transaction.

The seller shall make arrangements for the delivery as soon as Auction.ph notifies him of the confirmation of receipt or payment of purchase money and he shall post details of delivery in the service menu screen provided. The Company will also notify the buyer immediately regarding the delivery details either through his e-mail or in the service site. The item/s will then be delivered by the selected logistics company of your seller. Please allow 2-7days for delivery, depending on the location of the seller and the winning buyer. Reviewing the seller’s delivery method and details is important to know how long will your item be shipped to you. To guide you for your item packaging and shipment, see Packaging Guides.

If you have not received the purchased item, you should send a message of non-receipt to Auction.ph through e-mail, phone, fax, etc. after 20 days from the date of sending the seller indicated in the website. In such case, the Company shall immediately send an e-mail notification of non-receipt to the seller. If seller cannot present any evidence of delivery within seven (7) days after notification, the Company shall refund your purchase money.

The “Buy Now” Option with a Multiple Item Listing follows the same procedure with that of a single item posting wherein you do not have to go to the bidding process in order to purchase the item/s. A price value is also optionally set by a seller which allows buyers to purchase the item/s at that particular value. If you are one of the bidders to choose this option, you will be guaranteed to get your items after the auction closes. An e-mail notification will be automatically sent to you indicating that you have successfully purchased the item/s. However, the ‘Buy Now’ amount may not include shipping and other charges.

Here are the steps in purchasing an item with a ‘Buy Now’ option:

1. Click on the Item Title/Description and carefully look at the item details before clicking the ‘Buy Now’ icon.
2. If you are ready to purchase the item/s, click the ‘Buy Now’ icon and indicate the quantity you would like to purchase. Click the Confirm button if the bid details are sufficient and correct.
3. A notification will be sent to you in your e-mail containing the instructions on payment and other details on what to do next.
4. Pay for the item within seven (7) days after receiving the notification e-mail. You may choose from the various payment options we provide and follow the procedures for paying.
5. A confirmation of receipt of payment will be sent to you via e-mail or SMS (soon to be available) then the item will be shipped to you through the seller’s selected mode of delivery.

Auction.ph gives you the opportunity of reaching wide array of potential buyers nationwide. Selling is made easier and enjoyable in Auction.ph through its different selling formats.

If you want to reach a huge world of potential buyers for your item(s), you have come to the right place. Here are a few starters to keep in mind:

1. To sell on Auction, you need to register and create your account first. It's free and will take just a few minutes to sign up.
2. Check if the item you want to sell / post is not prohibited by the Company to be sold in the site. If it is not prohibited, follow the next steps. To check for these items, see User Agreement.
3. Gather the information you will need, including:
   • A clear and compelling title and description for your item.
   • Exact weight, height, and dimension of the item for shipping purposes.
     To guide you with your item dimension, see our Packaging Guide.
   • Picture(s) of your item—you can use pictures saved on your computer OR enter the Web site address for pictures hosted on the Web. Check if the size of your picture is within the limit (512kb) set by the Company to successfully load your pictures.
   • Choose the most appropriate category (or categories) so potential buyers can find your item easily.
4. If you are to sell or post your item, click on the “Sell” link at the top of any page and select “Register New Item”. Then select the main category and sub-categories appropriate for the item to be posted.
5. Fill all the required fields for the product information and put important details about the item description. Click continue, to upload the image, and make sure to review all the data you have entered before saving it to your inventory page. After you click “Save to my inventory”, a page will appear wherein you will have an option whether you would post the item, post from inventory or register new item.
6. If you opted to post the item, you will have the option to choose the selling format you will use. You have to fill out the required information. You can choose from our 4 different selling formats: Auction, Cooperative Buying, Shopping and Bargains.
7. After you have filled up the required information, click submit. Then a confirmation page will appear for your review. Next page then will give an option to edit or post your item.
8. If you have unsold item or posting has been expired, you still have the option to re-post them to reach your potential buyers again.

A seller has four (4) selling formats to choose from. They are:

1. Auction
   Auction, also know as normal bidding, is the most basic selling format at Auction.ph. Seller lists an item for bidding, gives the starting bid price and reserve price (optional), waits for bids until the end of the auction and then sells to the highest bidder. Under this format, you may sell more than one (1) unit of the same item by posting the item in multiple entries.

   

2. Shopping
   Shopping is another seller's option whereby items are listed with unchanging / set price with no auction-style bidding.

   

3. Bargains
   This selling format is similar to shopping, where sellers uses a fixed price format, however, percentage discounts is extended, thus the name - 'Bargains'. The buyer need not go through the regular bidding or auction to purchase items under this selling method. This is an exciting way to lists one's item as it captures the attention of buyers who are looking for cheap but quality buys.

   

Inside the ‘Sell’ Link found on top any page, you will see all your pending items.

Mouse over VIEW OPTIONS and click the POST ITEM button to start posting your item.

After you have filled out the neccessary information you can now click submit and 'Post Item' to activate the item from inventory. The bid time then is running and now ready to sell.

All you have to do is to monitor your item/s in your Selling under My Auction page.

To prevent members from posting hoax items, Auction.ph will be charging posting fees for the items activated in the inventory list, based on the item’s starting price or reserve price and selling price (for shopping and bargains).
For the first six (6) months of operations, the posting fee will be waived.

My Auction has alotted a category for selling. Here you can check if your items were sold or not. Make sure you check this page regularly to make sure you do not miss out on the deadlines to avoid conflicts and negative feedbacks.

Before pick-up and delivery, items should have an initial packaging for protection and prevention from loss and damages. Properly protecting your product is extremely important because you want your product to arrive safely to your trading partner thus, having a happy and successful transaction. Here are some guidelines to help you with your packaging concerns:

There are three essential components for your package:

1. Outer Packaging
2. Inner Packaging
3. Sealing Method

OUTER PACKAGING

The outer packaging of your item definitely depends on what you are packaging. Although major carriers suggest that you use corrugated box as much as possible, there some items which fit to different packaging. Here are some tips to guide you for your outer packaging:

Tips for the Outer Covering

• Use sturdy boxes, plastic, or any container with intact covers. Use double-wall boxes for heavier items.
• For a relatively small item you can use corrugated mailers, bubble mailers, padded envelopes or courier envelopes depending on their fragility.
• For relatively heavy items (car engine) or extremely fragile (like an original oil painting) you can use a wooden crate.
• If reusing a box or a container, make sure there are no holes, tears or corner dents.
• Don’t exceed packaging from the item’s actual size. This may only add to the weight of your item. But make sure that it is large enough to put adequate padding around contents if needed.
• Don't exceed the weight specifications for your package.

INNER PACKAGING

While there are some products that don’t require inner packaging like books, magazines or catalogs, most products require the use of some protective material in addition to the outer package for complete protection. These inner packagings are for surface protection, cushioning or void-fill. Surface protection is for items having delicate surfaces like glass or printed items. Cushioning refers to protecting the item from a shock caused by an impact like dropping. Void-fill refers to the filling up of the empty space in a box or any container to prevent shifting and movement of item inside the outer packaging. Some of the inner materials are as follows:

Tips for the Inner Packaging

• Use enough packing material so that the item does not shift or move during transit.
• Center the item/s in sturdy box surrounded by cushioning (corrugated fiberboard, molded plastic material, loose "peanuts", densely packed shredded paper and bubble wrap).
• If you're shipping many items in a box, wrap separately and put sufficient packing material between them.
• When using any type of paper as a void fill, it is recommended that you tightly crumple the paper.
• Foam peanuts are a great choice as a void fill. When using foam peanuts, it is suggested that you overfill the box with at least two inches of peanuts to allow for the natural settling of the peanuts during shipment.

SEALING METHOD

Properly sealing your package is just as important as the inner and outer packaging.

Tips in Sealing your Package

• Make sure that your package is sealed properly. Use a strong tape in sealing your package because a weak tape or sealing material may still cause damage to your item even the outer and inner packaging is strong.
• Some common types of tape that should not be used to seal packages include masking tape, duct tape and cellophane tape.

Auction.ph offers its members with an ESCROW SYSTEM, which serves as an intermediary and support for transactions between buyers and sellers upon closing of an auction or any type of buying and selling method.

Its main objective is to increase the level of safety and convenience of transactions among members.

How It Works:

1. Buyer and Seller agree to use Auction.ph’s Escrow Service
   To avail of Auction.ph’s Escrow Service, one has to be a registered member. Upon registration, prospective members will be asked to conform to the Escrow Agreement , whereby the terms of the Escrow Service are stipulated. Once registered members (buyer and seller) conclude a successful transaction, they may already avail of Auction.ph’s Escrow Service.
2. Buyer pays Auction.ph
   After a successful transaction (either auction, shopping, cooperative buying or bargains), buyer is requested to pay the full amount of the item/s to Auction.ph. The buyer may choose any of the following payment methods:
   • Internet Banking
   • Credit Card (soon to be available)
   • E-money
   • Bills Payment

   When payment is received, it will be verified and secured by Auction.ph. After payment is secured, Auction.ph will notify the seller (through e-mail) to ship the item/s to the buyer, giving him the buyer’s shipping details.

   Buyer has seven (7) days upon end of auction or selling transaction to settle payment of item/s with Auction.ph. If after seven (7) days, Auction.ph does not receive payment, transaction is considered cancelled.

     E-money is cyber-money which is used exclusively like real money on Auction.ph as: payments for purchases, called E-money 1 or the cashable type; or as payment also for purchases, service fees for auction and other selling services of the Company, called E-money 2 or non-cashable type.
   • Bills Payment
     You can also choose this payment method in paying your bills in Auction.ph. There are two collection channels available for you – Over-the-counter (OTC) and the Automated Teller Machine (ATM) through any RCBC Branches and ATM.
3. Seller ships the item/s
   

   Upon confirmation of payment from buyer, Auction.ph sends notification to seller to ship the item/s, using preferred shipping company or another reliable logistics company.

   Seller sets who pays for shipping, however, Auction.ph only covers item payment in its Escrow Service. A different arrangement should be made between the buyer and the seller regarding payment of shipping fees. Also, seller must confirm delivery in the website and provide tracking information (if any), to serve as reference to the buyer. If an item requires no shipping, this step is not necessary.

   The confirmation period given to buyer (7 days) will not begin until buyer confirms receipt of the item. In cases where item is not received, buyer may appeal to Auction.ph regarding non-receipt of the item. For further details, see Item Not Received Policy.

4. Buyer confirms purchase of the item/s
   

   When the buyer clicks ‘BUY’ button in the My Auction > Buying > Delivered, item payment is reflected in the seller’s Virtual account. In which case, the disbursement process shall be initiated by the seller.

   Buyer rejects the item or requests for an exchange of the item

   If the buyer rejects or requests for an exchange of the item, he should do so by contacting the seller immediately and by posting the request in the website for reference. In this case, remittance of the purchase money to the seller shall be suspended. Charges for returning item/s, such as shipping charges, should be paid by the person who caused the return of the goods.

   When buyer returns a purchased item to the seller, he must make sure that it is packed and sent safely. The seller who received the returned item should confirm refund in the website. In which case, necessary actions shall be taken such as: refunding all of the item payment, canceling the payment with credit card (if available) and giving notice of processing of the refund. The seller shall be responsible for all the damages or incidents from the delay of confirming receipt of the returned item.

   Buyer can request for refund of the purchase money by presenting evidence of sending returned item from 10 days after sending it. In such case, refund will be made within two (2) days after the cut-off period for payment processing. However, the refund can be suspended when seller appeals non-receipt of the returning item. In such case, refund will only be processed when buyer presents documentary evidence of arrival to the seller of the returned item.

   When there is a conflict among sellers, buyers, and logistics company regarding delivery, all concerned parties shall negotiate to resolve such conflict. The Company assumes no responsibility for such conflict.

5. Auction.ph pays the Seller
   Payout requests (minimum of P500.00 in Virtual Account Balance) shall be processed within three (3) business days from date of request. Funds shall be credited to sellers’ bank accounts within the specified period. At this moment Auction.ph can transfer funds to RCBC and Union Bank accounts only. No transaction fees will be paid. Also, the seller must own the bank account.

1. First, please ensure that your Globe Mobile number is registered to GCash.
2. Go to MyAuction>MyAccount>E-Money Account. Select Deposit E-Money and select Globe GCash as your deposit method. Enter your First name, Last name, and your GCash registered Globe Mobile Number plus the amount of GCash you wish to convert to E-Money. Click Continue.
3. A text message from Globe will be sent to your mobile phone requesting you to confirm payment/deposit by replying with your GCash MPIN.
4. You will then receive confirmation from the website that payment/deposit has been received. Click the OK button to finish deposit.
5. Your E-Money will then be placed in the Pending Deposits page for verification. Your E-Money will then be usable by the next banking day.
   

To convert Auction.ph E-Money to Globe GCash, follow these easy steps:

1. First, please ensure that your Globe Mobile number is registered to GCash.
2. Go to MyAuction>MyAccount>E-Money Account. Select Withdraw E-Money and select Globe GCash as your withdrawal option. Enter your First name, Last name, and your GCash registered Globe Mobile Number plus the amount of GCash you wish to convert from your E-Money balance. Click Continue.
3. You will then receive confirmation from the website that the withdrawal request has been received. Click the OK button to finish withdrawal.
4. Your E-Money will then be converted to G-Cash after three(3) banking days.  

To convert GCash into cash (or cash-out) just go to any of the above-mentioned GCash partner outlets.

A subscriber can also call 2882 for FREE using any Globe/ TM cellphone to find out the nearest GCash partner outlet.

The GCash from lost phones is still safe and may still easily be retrieved. Because GCash has a PIN requirement for any transaction, nobody can access the GCash account other than the owner. To claim the GCash from lost phones, a subscriber just has to go to any Globe Business Center or Globelines Payment and Service Center and present a valid ID and answer security questions related to the account in order to transfer the GCash to a new Globe/ TM account or convert the GCash into cash.

A GCash account can hold a maximum of P40,000 at any given point in time with a P40,000 incoming and P40,000 outgoing maximum transactional daily limit and a P100,000 incoming and outgoing maximum monthly transactional limit. This is in compliance with Bank Sentral ng Pilipinas Policies and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).

Minimum amount for person-to-person transfer is P1.00. However, minimum cash-out or cash-in transaction will depend on the GCash partner outlet where you are cashing-in or cashing-out.

1. Go to any outlet and fill out a cash load slip.
2. Give the money to be loaded to your SMART Money account to the cashier.
3. You will receive a confirmation message when money has been loaded to your account.

How do I check my balance in my Smart Money account?

1. Go to SMART Menu and Select SMART Money
2. Select Balance and press OK
3. Select from your list of your card names and press OK
4. You will receive a text message containing the account balance and any loyalty points earned of your selected card

Paying items using Smart Money is simple and fast!

1. Ensure that your Smart Money account has sufficient funds to pay for your item.
2. In the item payment page, select Smart Money from among the various payment methods.
3. Text APH and send to 270. Make sure the amount you enter is the same amount indicated in the item payment page
4. A confirmation message will be sent to you by Smart Money indicating the reference number of your transaction.
5. Key in the 12-digit reference number in the item payment page.
6. Press continue. A pop-up message will confirm your payment.

No fees will be charged to you for using Smart Money as your payment method in the Auction.ph site. However, Smart will deduct you P2.50 from your load credits for the cost of sending the transaction text to Smart Money.

Indicate your initial Best Deal price and send the Best Deal offer sheet to the Seller. Please allow 48 hours for the seller to respond to your offer.

A seller has the option to accept or decline your Best Deal or send a Counter-offer for your consideration. You can then review the offer and either accept, decline or make your own counter-offer.

The seller has the Option  to ACCEPT, DECLINE or submit A Counter-offer to Your Best Deal. Similarly, You can also do the same With the seller’s Counter-offer.
