The Account Overview tracks all incoming payment for selling transactions, all E-Money withdrawals from E-Money Account, and all E-Money Deposits into your E-Money account. It is separated into four sub-tables, Receivables, E-Money Withdrawals, Pending Deposits, and Account History.
The "Receivables" list tracks incoming payments from your selling transactions. Each transaction may have any of the following status messages:
Processing: This means the Auction.ph is processing the transaction for pay-out.
MM/DD/YY (approved): If a date appears as the status, it means the transaction has been cleared. The date represents the day your payment will be credited, either deposited into your bank account or credited into your E-Money account.
On Hold: This means Auction.ph may have detected an anomaly in the transaction. An email may be dispatched to you asking for documentation regarding the transaction such as delivery receipts or the like. After an short investigation, the transaction may be approved or cancelled, depending on the investigation outcome.
Cancelled: This means the transaction is deemed inappropriate, possibly due to: sale of illegal items, sale of items banned from the site as cited in the User Agreement, at the request of a third party with legitimate legal claims or outright attempt at fraud by either seller or buyer.
The "E-Money Withdrawals" list the E-Money withdrawals you've requested that are currently being processed by Auction.ph.
The "Pending Deposits" list the E-Money deposits you've made that are currently being processed by Auction.ph.
The "Account History" record all the details of your financial transactions in Auction.ph.
